Last Detailers T&C Agreement.

1. General

By booking any service with Last Detailers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism in every interaction.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final balance.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in loss of deposit.

  • We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure your vehicle is accessible, with sufficient space to work around it.

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables prior to your appointment. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Let us know of any known issues (e.g. damaged trims, leaks, electrical faults) before work begins.

5. Vehicle Condition

  • Heavily soiled vehicles (pet hair, mould, excessive dirt) may incur an additional charge.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a health risk or is unsafe to work on.

6. Service Limitations

  • While we take great care, existing damage (scratches, dents, rust, etc.) may become more visible after cleaning.

  • We cannot guarantee full removal of stains, scratches, or odours—especially if they have been present long-term.

  • Ceramic coatings and other protection services come with care guidelines that must be followed for best results.

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured for the services we provide. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or customer negligence.

  • All services are performed at your own risk unless otherwise agreed.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you're not satisfied with any aspect of your detail, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

  • Any complaints received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or corrective work.

9. Weather Policy

  • For mobile services, appointments may be rescheduled in case of severe weather conditions that could affect service quality or safety.

10. Promotions & Offers

  • Discounts and promotional offers are time-limited and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Only one offer may be used per booking.

11. Photographs & Marketing

  • We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media). No identifying information will be shown.

  • If you wish to opt out, please notify us in advance.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
